You sent me the wrong color 5 times.
Yet got no response from neither first nor second request for a reply from you when I tried to contact support. I even sent you 3 photos. Here’s a summary of my message, sent on August 26, 2025 that you did not respond to:
Subject: Request replacement/refund for incorrect items received
I need a replacement/refund for the three boxes of hair color I ordered from you because I received the wrong items.
I ordered Light Brown Hair Color.
I received Blonde Hair Color.
Cannot use. See attached photos.
Note that the Blonde boxes have incorrect sticky labels added to them that show Light Brown, while the contents of the boxes clearly contain Blonde.
Also, I placed this order directly from your website, but I received the items packaged inside a box from Amazon.
Several times in the past I have ordered this item from Amazon and Amazon always sent me the wrong color. That’s why I ordered directly from your website.
